drainage issues

room service

my stay was nothing short of a disaster. the bathroom had drainage issues and my room wasn’t even made up one day! how is that acceptable? i almost gave them a good review, but for a hotel that calls itself nice, the staff should have offered me a room upgrade for that inconvenience, truly disappointing!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, Sha Plus. The location was perfect, right near vibrant markets and malls. the spacious room was clean, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, making my experience delightful.

Lifts can be inconvenient.
